MOMO's STORY

Monika and Mirka - two friends who spent most of their careers within the visual arts, producing films and TV commercials. Have known each other for over 20 years.

As always, our careers have a heavy influence on the way we live our lives, and spending time in that creative environment started to influence Monika’s journey. Over time, Monika (Nicknamed Momo) began shopping around the world for antique pendants, gemstones and jewelry components - that’s when MOMO was born. Initially designing jewelry for family and friends, it was always met with such enthusiasm. Put simply, It made her happy, when her designs brought joy to others.  That’s when Mirka joined - when she observed the simple & honest beauty in MOMO’s work. From that moment on she wanted to help her bring that happiness to a larger audience, combining friendship and work to make the dream team!

MOMO’s mission is simple - It’s to bring a little bit of happiness, simplicity and beauty into your life through bespoke handwork, gemstones and jewellery components. We'll be happy if you'll become part of our MOMO journey.
